Lee Holt for those of you who don't know me and I want to be eight grade language arts teachers here at pbjs and today I am here to talk to you about hard work and so what better way than to share an example from the bathroom right language arts I think in language arts hard work means to enter ready to write and writing is difficult sometimes just to be put on the spot in. Bye-bye. 6 is difficult to write and so what time comes using time wisely and and making sure that you really try to focus and get your work done is important and and then if it's difficult for you to write on this phone on demand in class then it's important for you to follow up at home and so hard work might be taking the time at home when you would rather be doing something for yourself to make up what you didn't complete in in class because the writing part and so it's not an easy but it is something that you need to get through and something you need to practice all year long in 8th grade in 9th grade and you know at any point in your life so I think that's what hard work looks like is really everything that everything to me there's a really a few important things hard work being one of them trust another one I'm about hard work specifically is what I do most of the success that I've had adjust to my career but also to my relationships with my wife come with my co-workers everything takes hard work and life in order to be successful and hard work is is a continuum I'll just start an end but a constant effort every day I see kids working hard in class every day when I'm walking around campus being you know having making sure part of hard work is also preparation right so it's making sure you are prepared for class and you have done your homework can you study for your test excetera.
