hi my name is Alana I am an associate marriage and family therapist and one of the stage school-based therapist located at PV Intermediate School my job is to provide counseling and mental health services for students who made me feeling some anxiety depression high stress or other difficult feelings coming up at some point we all might have a bad day or go through a more difficult time and it's normal to feel sad down stressed or anxious together we can learn ways to talk about these feelings and learn strategies for how to better cope with them mental health is important for everyone and learning skills to improve our men can help us feel more in control better about ourselves overall some of you might be coming back to school for the first time or just starting middle school and feeling a bit nervous and overwhelmed which is totally normal and understandable no one should have to go through difficult feelings alone and whether you've had a rough day or been struggling with something for a while and we had to listen and help whenever I can
