welcome back for seconds you can you show during quarantine normal are you doing with everything right now I'm doing pretty good but I'm definitely missing my friends and getting pretty bored hours I'm still bored just get my school work done by I'm very excited to go to high school yeah that sounds a lot like how I feel the first story we have some speaking thoughts on how things are going for them in my opinion who's better than quarantine butter plus about quarantine is you can do your work when you you want to do it so you can take breaks and stuff but then the downside is you don't get to see anybody I enjoy quarantine because I made how to find a lot more time for my family while they were walking outside or just hanging out I'm also able to get my work done fairly quickly I don't enjoy warranty and because I'm not able to connect face-to-face with my friend there anyone outside of the household I like quarantine because I can get more sleep than I normally would I'm a regular school day and I can spend more time with my family as a whole since my sister's home from college however I dislike because I can't hang out with my friends as much as I want to and I can't really do anything except to stay home since everything is closed and shut down one of the reasons that I do like quarantine is that I got to work on my own little and do things when I want to do them but one thing I don't like about it is that I can't see my friends in person nor can I dance at my dance studio seems like a lot of us feel the same way connect story is a message from mr. Farrell High CK enzyme baby Moana it's safe to say that all school is going to look a little different next year so today I interviewed mr. file to find out how he's going to accommodate everyone's need and I'm sure that everyone still got some good education while keeping them safe the same time next year not really sure what schedules are going to look like next year it would be great if we could start out the school year as we always can I say that that's going to happen with 100% certainty no but again there's a lot of attention being given to it at are in within our district and in the city and state there's a lot of planning and working going towards making sure that we can get back to normal as closely as possible in consideration of all of our health guidelines so I'm not sure about the schedule next year but we are working on it to provide a good solution for kids and soon as we have a schedule and place for the start of the school year I believe that that will allow us to understand how we can hold other things like assemblies and and sporting events a booster club activities those kind of things it will help us and guide us in terms of what are regulation should be for those graduation 8th grade dance Disney and Fun Day activities that was supposed to be right around the corner for us eighth-graders who what the current circumstances many of us what's going to happen about bees so Novation this year has been something that's been on my mind since we we left school and whether or not we're going to have it is something we are still planning on unfortunately we have to continue to take the advice and direction from the County of Los Angeles Public Health and the county of of education but as you may or may not know we do have some alternative dates that are tentative that means they may or may not happen depending on where we're at with our health and safety in the city and those were at the end of the summer there was one in August and there was another one in July so those would be in person type of graduation ceremonies are promotion ceremonies with social distancing is as much fun as that sounds and I and I suppose if that didn't happen we could even push it out into the next school year potentially in the winter or late fall of 2020-21 2020 or 2021 far as other activities and 8th grade I know that it is a really important and I do feel tremendously sad for you guys that you missed out on your playdate and and Disney those two things are I would say off the table if we are ever trying to get a motion together those those things where we can't guarantee the health and safety of kids through social distancing makes that very very hard to accomplish and I do recognize the importance of and I want to give you guys something I know that it is a milestone it is it's a major life event and I will recognize the importance and I want to help to provide something for all of you so rest assured we'll be working hard if there's a way we will do it the typical standoff with the rest of the activities at least we still got graduation we have to understand that everyone is trying their best to supply for us during this hard time thanks for watching once again I'm Daisy want to update on how things are coming along normally expect us to be here at home so long I agree our next Story shows has some people are celebrating their birthdays during this tough time how do you say games AZ wanna because of quarantine we can celebrate birthdays no money but that didn't stop us from having so much fun as ours but they drive by Bluetooth pairing if you want confirm is actually my birthday on Friday and I got to see some of my friends but at a distance it's a hard time to have a birthday but it's great that people are getting so creative with it one of our staff reporters put together montage and how he's been feeling since quarantine we're on Easy Street Enfield breaking up with you I really miss Terry my mornings are frightened Miss demerger class.
