Hello 7th graders for this week I want you to focus on your mental health (just as important as physical heath).

Using the fitness log you have been using, you will record your meditation practices using the same log.
I have posted three videos, which you can use when doing this assignment. Just be sure to write the name of the video in the activity part of the fitness log. Do not worry about the SOF strand of fitness. A PARENT/GUARDIAN WILL NEED TO INTIAL EACH DAY. -
