Bulletproof (1st period) : Black leggings, black shirt, and dance shoes.  I will provide a cape & mask, if you would like to keep your cape & mask please bring $2.

Kung Fu Fighting ( 2nd period): Black leggings, black shirt, and dance shoes.  I will provide a head band and belt, if you would like to keep it please bring $1.

Cartoon Heroes (6th period) : Black leggings, black shirt, and dance shoes.  I will provide a cape & mask, if you would like to keep your cape & mask please bring $2.

Kiss From a Rose:  All black and a red cascade ballet skirt that I will provide.

We Got the Beat:  Last costume that you had on in the show with dance shows.

 

All dancers should arrive at 6 pm for a 7 pm show.  The show will probably conclude around 8:15 pm.  Please make sure that all dance attire/costumes are school appropriate and follow dress-code.

Due to scheduling conflicts with the MPR the Dance & Drama performance has been moved to Thursday, May 28th.  Drama will perform during 4th period and the dance performance is at 7 pm with a 6 pm call time for performers.

Test on Six-step prep into pirouette 

50 points on each side performed 2 times in sequence

graded on the following:  6 steps, jazz 4th, passe releve, arms, and spot

Class leaders run warm-up and across the floor.

1st period:  Riley V., Rhylee, Lauren, Zach, and Cara

2nd period:  Shanti, Maria, Julia, and Sophia

6th period:  Avery, Kendall, Daniella, Alex, Emily F, Kaelyn, and Melanie.

Practice pirouettes, around the world kicks, turning hitch kick, 2 chaines and chasse knee switch, and step back side front hop.  They can review any other classes choreography 1st music to bulletproof and 2nd to Kung Fu Fighting from Kung Fu Panda.  All classes can review tap dance We Got The Beat if time allows.  

Make-up runs and all missing participation and homework are due on Friday, March 6th last day of the trimester.

 

Drama 4th period: practice commercials for performance on Friday and play Freeze last 15 minutes of class

 

PE 5th period:  Class with Coach Doyle out on numbers in front of portable 0

Will probably play Ultimate Frisbee or workout.
