Learn about rehabilitation of sick and injured seals and sea lions rescued from LA County beaches at the Marine Mammal Care of Los Angeles Mobile Visitors Center, which will hold special events at George F Canyon Nature Center located at 27305 Palos Verdes Drive East at the corner of Palos Verdes Drive North in Rolling Hills Estates.

Unique in our mission and connections, we have served the South Bay community and Downtown L.A.’s Orthopaedic Institute for Children (OIC) for over 60 years. We volunteer at kid’s camps, schools, OIC, its clinic in Calexico and much more. We produce the Evergreen Ball and Fashion Show to celebrate our Senior families and fundraise for OIC.

Would you like to be part of a team? Join the Peninsula High School Color Guard! Workshops are held all three dates, where students will learn the tryout material. Students will check in at the door to the Band Room and then will move to the Kelly Johnson FieldHouse, next door to the Band Room for the remainder of the workshop.

Being a member of BTC is an important job that requires a lot of time, effort, dedication and responsibility. It is very rewarding, provides great memories and opportunities to have fun, and offers involvement in the lives of all students on campus. This is a fifth period class so it must fit into your schedule.
