To be ready for next year, all 7th-grade students will need to provide the PVIS Health Office with a copy of their Tdap booster vaccination given on or after their 7^th birthday.  

This a booster that is typically given during the 6^th grade school year.  Please check your records or contact your physician.  Pharmacies offer this immunization as a convenience because it is a relatively new state requirement.
