* Mandatory Health Screening Must Be Completed and Presented at Time of Arrival. Do Not Come to Campus If You Do Not Get a "Green Screen" Check In Will Be at the Lower Parking Lot.

In order to try out, each participant must download and fill out the 4 forms found at the link below. “Soccer Paperwork_2021”.

·  Please bring all forms to tryouts on 4/14. 

·  Parents must list their email and cell phone numbers on the forms so they are legible for emergency contact purposes. The forms are a requirement to try out. No student will be allowed to try out without providing the forms.

April 21st -  Practice @1pm Girls Big Field and Boys Small Field

April 28th - Scrimmage @1pm Annual Coed Covid Challenge (Big Field) Practice 45 min first.
