Vocabulary Homework - Due Tuesday, 4/14 (11:59 PM) 

Part One - Vocabulary List (5 points)

  1. Print the attached vocabulary list.
  2. Use your textbook to fill in the English meaning of each word/phrase. NO TYPING OF ANSWERS.
  3. Put your name on the paper, take a picture, and upload the work by clicking on "add (+) work"
  4. If you are unable to do this for technical reasons, please email me & we will come up with a solution.
  5. Yes, we will have a Quiz on the indicated words/phrases - more details to come.

Part Two - Vocabulary Cards (10 points)

  1. Make flashcards for each word/phrase found on the list.
  2. You have 2 options for flashcards:
    1. Option 1: Quizlet - make your cards on Quizlet & Submit your work by...
      1. clicking on the Share button and getting a shareable link - click here for visual directions of how to do this.
      2. copying and pasting the link to a Word document, saving the Word document, & uploading the document by clicking on "add (+) work"
      3. I cannot directly access the student view of the assignment, so if you think there is a better way to share the link with me next time, please email me. Thanks :-)
    2. Option 2: Paper Cards - make your cards on index cards & Submit your work by...
      1. Making a card with your name & period on it.
      2. Taking a picture of the card with your name/period on it with all of your cards spread out so that I can clearly see SPANISH words from the beginning, middle, and end of the list - I need to be able to verify your completion of the entire list. If you need to take 2 pictures to show me what is required, that is fine, just make sure your name/period card is in both pictures.
      3. Upload the pictures by clicking on "add (+) work"

Once you have completed Part 1 & Part 2, click on "Turn it in."

Homework for Monday, 4/6 & Tuesday, 4/7

Welcome back! I hope you are rested and that you enjoyed your break!! I really miss you all & hope you are doing well!!
 
Please note that this class is not currently meeting virtually. I will notify you here if that changes.
 
This week will be all about preparing for Friday's assessment on the current chapter (Unidad 3, Etapa1)!
 
Today & Tuesday you should:
  1. Review your flashcards.
  2. Review your notes on the entire chapter (we started the chapter on 3/9).
  3. Review your worksheets and errors from the entire chapter.
  4. Re-do any of the Quizlet assignments that you found difficult.
  5. Complete any previously posted assignments that you did not do.
On Wednesday, you will complete the chapter review worksheet that will be very similar to Friday's assessment. I will be posting it on Teams, where you will also be taking the assessment, so it is great practice - the complete directions for the assignment will be posted here on Wednesday, so make sure to check here first before going to Teams!!
