In this class, we get to learn about Earth Science (energy, weather, plate tectonics, earthquakes, volcanoes, erosion, etc.)! Remember, in your notes, you must include:
- Headings (in red in the textbook)
- Subheadings (in blue)
- One bullet point for every paragraph
- Vocabulary (highlighted AND italicized)
- A hand-drawn diagram from the textbook (MUST be an important diagram from the section)
You have until Friday to complete this. You will not get credit unless ALL of the above things are included! (Of course, you can still make up your homework for late credit!)

On page 13 of your ISN, finish the notes that we started in class. The notes are based on page 99 of your textbook. Remember, complete notes should include:
- Headings (red in the book) and subheadings (blue in the book)
- One bullet point for every paragraph
- Vocabulary (highlighted AND italicized!)
- The diagram from the top of the page (the spectrum, not the circles)
You do not need to color-code (although I recommend it!), however you must include some sort of organizational strategy for the ISN check in a few weeks. Other strategies may include:
- Underlining/boxing important words, etc.
- Indentation
- Using roman numerals, letters, etc.
- Stars, symbols, etc.
This is due Friday, so you should have plenty of time. :)

This composition book must be college-ruled and at least 100 pages! Make sure it is not spiral, but bound instead.
