The picture above shows a screen shot of what you will see when you add a new event to reserve a Chromebook cart. All the areas highlighted in yellow need to be filled out before you hit "save". When making a reservation, please use the following format when filling out the information:
 
Step 1: "Add a title for the event" section: 
In this field please write "Cart Rm _ _ _" (indicating your room number)
 
Step 2: Start - indicate the day you need it
Step 3: End - last day of use
Step 4: Save to calendar - VERY IMPORTANT - Chose "37Chromebook Cart" from the drop down menu .
Step 5: Save  - Click on Save at the top of the page.

Paperless Chromebook Request Procedure

Please click "Accept" after you receive the email invitation. The name of the Chromebook calendar is "37Chromebook Cart".
