Test on 6 step prep pirouette on Friday, March15

Need to perform 2x consecutively on both right & left side with correct form from the 6step prep, jazz 4th position, and actual pirouette.  Each side is worth 50 points, for a total of 100 points.

Please use the form attached above this post as a Push-up/Sit-up log to assist in your practice for the California State Physical Fitness Exam.  Please complete this daily practice, accompanied by a parent signature on Friday each week.  A total of 10 Push-up and 25 Sit-ups are required 2x during the week at home and we will be completing them in class 2x during the week.  This form will be due each Friday for 20 points as a homework grade, 10 points for each day completed.  Half credit is issued if the form is turned in late. Your parent must sign the form to get credit. If your printer is not working get a piece of paper and write everything down. Bring to class on Friday, do not email me your homework.

Please turn in all missed participation to Teams by 6 pm Friday, November 17.  Include your class period, what days you missed, and what activity you completed for 30 minutes for each day missed.
