Welcome to the PVIS Library!
Meet Ms. Gonzalez and Ms. Smit

In cooperation with the Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District, PVLD is pleased to announce a new type of virtual library card for students. Using your school-issued student IDs, you can log on to the PVLD Research page to access online resources on the library’s website*.

Here’s how it works

Goto: pvld.org/research
Select the electronic resource you want (see the back of this flyer for descriptions) At the login screen, enter your Student Success card number which is:

the prefix 29350888 PLUS your 6-digit student ID number

example: 29350888xxxxxx (where xxxxxx is the student ID number)
Some library resources require a last name to log in so just enter “student” for those.

No other information is required, and student privacy is always protected. Need more help? Ask a librarian or contact us at pvld.org/contact
